Job Description

Job Title: Float Speech Language Pathologist / SLP

Compensation: $50.00 - $120.00 per visit

Benefits: Full Benefits Package including Health, Dental, Life, Short/Long Term Disability Insurance, 401k with match, PTO, Paid Training, and Employee Referrals

Location: Twin Cities Metro Area

Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem hours available

Position Summary: Home Health Care Inc is seeking a Float Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a per diem role assisting our clients around the Twin Cities area! The services will be provided in our client’s homes. Speech Language Pathologists work independently to create and develop the Plan of Care and provide speech therapy treatments, procedures, evaluations, and diagnostic tests for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home services and functional training for clients who have speech and language disorders
  • Administer diagnostic speech and language assessments and evaluations in accordance with the plan of care
  • Assess for the optimum feeding methods and technique to maximize swallowing safety
  • Advise and teach appropriate supportive activities to clients and their family members

Qualifications:

  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP in the state of Minnesota
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software is preferred
