Job Description: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
* Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers.
* Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
* Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology through the Minnesota Department of Health.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association preferred; highly consider Certificate of Clinical Competence as a Clinical Fellow.
* Prior experience with autism and pediatric populations preferred.
