Solar Power Senior Project Manager 

We are ecstatic to announce an opening for a Solar Power Senior Project Manager. This position is designed for a driven individual passionate about leading the transition to sustainable energy sources and eager to manage large-scale solar power projects.

Main responsibilities include:

Overseeing the entire lifecycle of solar power projects, from initial planning through to completion and handover:

• Development and planning of solar power project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Management of all project phases, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Liaison with stakeholders, including clients, investors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success.
• Risk management and mitigation across projects, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations.
• Leading, motivating, and managing project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess extensive experience in renewable energy project management, particularly solar power.
• Have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale solar projects.
• Show excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of solar technology, project finance, and regulatory compliance.
• Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Be committed to the mission of advancing renewable energy solutions.
