Slack Admin (3rd Party Apps)
Help set up and run our Slack, Miro, Smartsheet toolkit and administration.
Slack Certified Administrator
Manage approval automations.
License and account management
Permissions management.
Self-learning with Miro and SmartSheet academy
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Slack, Miro and Smartsheet technologies
Promote knowledge sharing on Slack, Miro, Smartsheet features.
Manage workshop sessions with key stakeholders to understand key requirements
Resolve user questions in Slack channels and provide how-to knowledge of using these tools
Create & maintain Smartsheet onboarding process.
Run and organize UAT for new workflows
Understanding of connectors into Miro and SmartSheet
Create workflows and manage implementation of these connectors.
Smartsheet and Miro maintenance activities
