Job Description

Provides leadership for workplace violence prevention in the PCN region in alignment with the organizations strategic goals and priorities. Manages systems that monitor violence prevention performance, including data collection and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Behavioral health-related field (e.g. psychology, nursing, or counseling).

  • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information

  • 5 years Minimum of five years experience in a progressively responsible position requiring contact with various departments required.

  • 3 years Demonstrated experience leading complex improvement projects

  • 3 years Demonstrated experience presenting to a variety of audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Relevant field.

  • Upon hire: IAHSS Workplace Violence Prevention Certification.

  • 5 years Demonstrated leadership experience including project management, change management, or quality management.

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
