Roofing Construction Workers needed! Skilled Tradespeople Only. Must have 3 - 5 years or more experience.

Have Experience or knowledge in one of the following:

• Roofing.
  • Waterproofing.
  • Hot Mop.
  • Torch Down.
  • TPO/PVC.
  • Shingle systems.
  • TIle systems.
  • Metal systems.
    • Gravel removal and tare off.
• Job site take-offs and material estimating.

Skilled Tradespeople Only.

Job Responsibilities:

• Breakdown of construction scaffolding, bracing, and other temporary structures for the construction site.
• Digging or backfilling trenches for support structures.
• Operating equipment and heavy machinery used in construction sites.
• Following instructions from construction project managers and supervisors.
• Loading and unloading building materials.
• Cleaning the construction site by removing hazardous materials and debris from the worksite.
• Must have general construction labor experience.
• Expected to be able to work independently and with others depending on the scope of work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and other field employees.
• Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the construction trade.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Conceptualize concepts easily and visualize potential outcomes.
• Knowledgeable about technological developments.
• Great attitude.
• Committed to safety.
• Committed to being drug-free.
• Valid driver’s license with transportation.
