Job Description

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF memory care, rehab, and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are currently looking for a Full Time Assistant Administrator for our RCAC & CBRF. Ideal candidate will possess strong strategic/organizational skills, willingness to learn/adhere to company's mission and value's as foundation for management style, bring ideas and motivation towards meeting, sales process & census development goals.

 

Qualifications:

CBRF certification (or willing to receive), 4 year degree in Health Care related fields, and/or a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

 

Expectations:

Will oversee 45 beds in the CBRF, 99 RCAC apartments and 102 Independent Living.

  • Meeting budgetary goals
  • Forming relationships with staff, residents, and families
  • Process improvement projects
  • Compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Compliance with Joint Commission accreditation
  • Resident Assessments (New admissions)
  • Oversee activities across campus
  • Listening with leadership sessions with residents
  • Resident or staff complaints
  • Auditing projects/departments
  • Writing/Assisting with Plan of Corrections
  • Create new employees user information/profiles
  • Customer service initiatives
