Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Dermatology Practice Administrator to manage the operations of our clinic. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, enhancing patient satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare administration with a focus on dermatology or a related medical field.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily operations of several clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient patient services.
· Manage clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
· Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.
· Handle patient complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.
· Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
· Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and enhance clinical services.
· Manage financial tasks such as budgeting, billing, and payroll.
· Coordinate with IT staff to manage clinic records, ensuring security and confidentiality of patient data.
· Oversee the procurement of clinic supplies and manage vendor contracts.
· Prepare regular reports on clinic operations, finances, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
· 2-3 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a dermatology or similar clinical setting.
· Strong understanding of healthcare operations including financial and personnel management.
· Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
· Proficient in MS Office and medical management software.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
