Human Supports of Idaho, a partner practice, is dedicated to providing exceptional Mental Health Services and Substance Use Disorder Treatment in the Treasure Valley for over 25 years. We are expanding our team and seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in Idaho to join us in making a meaningful impact in our community.

Responsibilities:

Provide in-office outpatient psychiatric services at our Boise and Caldwell offices.
Conduct face-to-face psychiatric evaluations and assessments based on patient symptoms.
Diagnose DSM-V disorders and collaborate on individualized treatment plans.
Utilize medical decision-making skills, including psychopharmacology and non-pharmacological treatments.
Participate in clinical case reviews with psychiatrists.
Job Types:

W2 Billable Hourly or 1099 Independent Contractor options available
Requirements:

Licensed in Idaho by the Board of Nursing with a specialization in psychiatry.
Licensed by the Idaho Board of Pharmacy to prescribe controlled substances.
X-Waiver for Suboxone treatment (Optional).
New graduates welcome; 1 year of Geriatric Psychiatry experience preferred.
Skills:

Proficiency in basic computer operations.
Experience with EMR/EHR Systems (Athena I, a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexibly, maintain organization, and thrive in high-pressure environments.
Bilingual capabilities are advantageous.

Compensation:

Competitive pay rates ranging from $54 to $71 per billable hour, based on preferred pay structure, experience, and licensure.
