Office Assistant

TNT Door & Drawer - Covington, GA

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant who will contribute to the daily administrative operations of the company. You should be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. We also expect you to be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Office Assistant responsibilities are:

• Complete data entry of orders

• Answering phones and providing customer service

• Build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues

• Find and address office-related malfunctions, and responding to requests of customers if needed

• Manage records ensuring accuracy and validity of information with discression

• Work together with associates in order to optimize all office-related procedures

• Help to organize communications in a timely manner

• Help with scheduling and planning of orders and deliveries

• Perform receptionist duties daily

Office Assistant requirements are:

• Some experience with office procedures and fundementals

• Understanding and proficiency with MS Office Suite

• Good experience in using office equipment and computer knowledge

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Strong Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High school diploma; additional qualification (e.g. as an Administrator) will be a bonus
