Non-CDL Driver - 1 st Shift Location: Janesville, WI
Make any day a pay day with on-demand pay! The Nuts and Bolts: - Operate a variety of powered vehicles on and off the road in the movement of chassis and customer owned vehicles for one location to another.
- Record written information or product and any movement.
- Keep log book up to date.
- Work and adhere to all safety policies within the work area and throughout the company.
- Understand and comprehend measurements and have the ability to apply based on instruction.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Fully understand quality policies and have a minimum or zero defects per unit.
- Ability to read and interpret written orders and apply to task at hand.
- Team Member actively participates in and supports PPS, 5S and TPM.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather elements, including inclement conditions.
- Flex within functional areas as needed.
- Work required schedule including overtime.
- Assist with on the job training of team members.
- Work with little or no supervision.
- Meet physical requirements which include lifting up to 35lbs, standing for long periods, bending, stooping, reaching and squatting.
- Work within the laws of different states; knowledge of their driving laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
Required Credentials: - High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
- Current and valid state issued driver's license with ability to get Medical Certification.
- Ability to completed Morgan's Driver's background checks.
- Maintain Morgan Corporation equipment and keep record of needed items to be replaces.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Proficiency with computer/tablet systems preferred
You Must Be Able to: - This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to stand (sometimes for extended periods); walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 35 pounds. The team member may, at times, sit, bend, stoop, squat, reach overhead, or crawl (may be in confined spaces). The team member is expected to perform repetitive tasks using their hands, and have the ability to climb ladders and/or work in high places.
