Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with client services and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  
• Participate in handoff calls and perform tasks to meet technical standards.
  
• Serve as the engineering point of contact for network support cases.
  
• Maintain and update network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.
  
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and recommend improvements.
  
• Participate in training sessions to enhance team skills.
  
• Manage incidents in line with company policies and SLAs.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
  
• 5+ years of network engineering experience in enterprise environments.
  
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, Wi-Fi, security, and troubleshooting.
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable.
  
• Proficiency with various hardware and networking technologies (e.g., Fortigate, Cisco, Aruba).
  
• Strong understanding of Level 2 & Level 3 networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
