What You’ll Do :

• Attend deliveries and provide hands-on, compassionate NICU care.
• Manage NICU operations daily, from ventilator and nutrition management to lab reviews.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, working closely with families and the healthcare team.
• Offer newborn nursery coverage as part of our commitment to holistic infant care.
