Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Help with the creation of marketing reports and presentations.
• Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, or product launches.
• Maintain and update the company's website and marketing database.
• Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Assist in organizing and managing marketing assets, including images, videos, and brochures.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Creative mindset with an ability to brainstorm and contribute fresh ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
