Job Description:
The Market Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting new business, establishing relationships, growing existing accounts/demand generators for a select market segment(s) across a group of 5-7 hotels located in a geographical market. The Market Sales Manager will report to an Area Director of Sales and be an integral part of a small team focused on successfully driving property revenues. Success will be measured by the attainment of Total property revenue goals v. Budget, Revpar Index Targets, and booking goals for the assigned segments. Results and relationship updates will be communicated on a frequent basis to the hotel teams and ADOS. This person must also provide innovative ways that align with our mission to be the best, most respected hotel company in America.
