The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is looking for an individual with strong communication skills to assist the distribution of traveler information to the public.
Principle DutiesThe ideal candidate for this position will have:
Preference may be given to those with experience in at least one of the following areas:
Communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely in writing; read and understand information presented in writing.
Learn and use multiple software applications
Media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods including alternative ways to inform via written, oral, and visual media
Interact with news and other public media
Review and/or edit documents for accuracy and completeness
Use logic to analyze or identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts associated with information or data to draw conclusions
Develop approaches for implementation of an idea, program or change in operations
