Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Specialist to join our team at AERONES . In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and promote a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HSE regulations and experience in a technical or industrial field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
• Develop training programs and safety resources to educate employees on HSE practices and procedures.
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and develop corrective action plans.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation and record-keeping.
• Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HSE matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are a plus.
