Summary

Starting at $19.50/hour

Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Front Office Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.   Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.  You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. 

Front Office Hosts must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Located across the street from the Phoenix Convention Center, Hyatt Regency Phoenix places downtown Phoenix at your feet. We offer 693 reimagined rooms or suites, offering a new modern residential design and oversized windows viewing the surrounding mountains and cityscape.

Qualifications

· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

· Basic computer skills and knowledge

· Refined verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to stand for long periods of time.
