Draft Note Design The Entry Level Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events for the company. This role involves assisting with event logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination. It is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and an interest in the events industry.

Pay:

$19.50 - $31.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing events, including corporate meetings, trade shows, and community gatherings.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, and equipment rentals.
• Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain detailed records of event plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Gather feedback from attendees to evaluate event success and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and manage attendee registration.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
