Aaran Therapy Center in Woodbury, MN is looking for EIDBI Level 2 Behavioral Therapist (immediate hire) to join our team. We are located on 1951 Woodlane Drive, Suite 100. Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans and follow interventions strategies designed by BCBA's.
• Gather and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to supervisors.
• Help clients learn new skills and achieve goals.
• Maintain a safe environment and handle behavioral crises.
• Share information effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Provide observation and direction to as determined by the QSP and identified in the person’s ITP.

Qualifications

• Be age 18 or older.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university in one of the behavioral or child development sciences or a related field (e.g., mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy, etc.)
• Receive observation and direction from a QSP or level I provider at least twice per month until meeting 1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience.
