Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated leader to manage our solution and application management teams, driving the development of innovative business solutions for our client accounts. This role involves formulating and executing strategies to meet revenue targets and service goals, ensuring end-to-end accountability for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Your Role:
Lead and supervise solution operations and application business development teams, fostering strong relationships with clients and potential partners.
Oversee service delivery to ensure that account-specific objectives are met, developing operational plans and resolving any staffing or client-related issues.
Manage fiscal responsibilities by developing, monitoring, and adjusting account budgets and forecasts to achieve financial targets.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing current and potential needs, maintaining contract compliance, and developing long-term application strategies.
Collaborate with account teams to drive growth strategies, formulating and executing business development plans to enhance revenue and market share.
Leverage operating models to allocate the right resources—whether on-site, off-site, or offshore—to meet client needs effectively.
Maintain expertise in operational excellence and applications outsourcing while sharing knowledge and best practices with your team.
Participate in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members to support their development.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of five years of leadership or supervisory experience in Implementations & Operations, including people management.
Experience in the healthcare domain, preferably within a Medicaid environment.
Familiarity with EDI concepts and practices in the healthcare field is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively update upper management.
Experience in working with contracts, finance, and accounting.
