Join Our Team as a Dental Billing Manager!

At Children's Dental FunZone, we believe that every smile matters—especially yours!

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for dental billing? Do you have at least 4-5 years of experience under your belt? If so, we want you to be the newest member of our fun-loving team!

This is an in-office position. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a team in all aspects of dental billing, including claims processing, patient billing, and collections.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims, following up on any outstanding claims to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to verify patient information and ensure accurate billing practices.
  • Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze billing reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Handle patient inquiries related to billing, payments, and insurance coverage with excellent customer service.
  • Train and mentor billing staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay updated on dental coding, billing regulations, and insurance policies to ensure compliance.

Desired Background:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental billing or a similar role, with a strong understanding of dental insurance and coding.
  • Proficient in dental billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, staff, and insurance representatives.
  • Experience in managing and training a team is required.

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
  • Salary 66k-75k + Benefits
