Must Have Skills: Good hands-on experience with Python development and Technical Lead abilities


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience in Data Science to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be proficient in English. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The Sr. Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data science solutions that drive business value and impact society positively.


Responsibilities:
- MS/PhD in engineering or compute intensive physics/math/basic sciences
- 2-3 years enterprise experience, preferably as a senior-DS or MLE.
- Strong python and SQL
- Someone who is willing and proficient in hands on coding and willing to wear many hats
- Lead the design and implementation of data science solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of data science solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data science processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Optimize data pipelines and workflows for efficiency and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science practices within the organization.
- Drive innovation by exploring new techniques and technologies in data science.


Qualifications:
- Possess a strong background in data science with 10 to 13 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Have experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Show expertise in using data science tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Display a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek to improve skills and knowledge.
- Demonstrate experience in working with large datasets and cloud platforms.
- Have a solid understanding of data engineering principles and practices.
- Show the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Possess a passion for leveraging data to drive business value and impact society positively.
