Product and Market Innovation:

Lead cross-functional teams to innovate and expand product offerings, ensuring our portfolio remains at the forefront of the luxury wine market.
Develop targeted trade and media marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and enhance market penetration.
Communication and Brand Representation:

Enhance internal communication strategies to maintain a cohesive team environment and alignment with company goals.
Represent the company in public settings, including media interviews and industry events, maintaining a consistent and compelling brand message.

What You'll Bring:

Over 15 years of strategic marketing leadership, preferably in the luxury goods, lifestyle, or beverage sectors.
A proven track record of driving growth and enhancing brand equity through innovative marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in handling marketing metrics and financial data to drive business decisions.
Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of navigating both internal team dynamics and external partnerships.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA is highly preferred.

Why Join Us:

Enjoy a competitive package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
Benefit from unique perks such as tuition reimbursement, generous wine discounts, commuter benefits, and unlimited vacation time.
Be part of a culturally rich and passionate team that values innovation, quality, and community engagement.
