We’re hiring experienced CDL A Reefer drivers to haul freight across the country. Join a supportive team that offers competitive pay and consistent miles.

What We Offer:

• You’ll run primarily through KS, AR, OK, NM, UT, CO, CA, WY, TX, and occasionally PA and GA.
• Drivers in Dallas, OKC, Denver, Cheyenne, and Dodge City may enjoy more frequent home time.
• Average Miles/Week: 2,700 - 3,000 miles
• Average Length of Haul: 950 miles

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: 61 CPM up to 70 CPM based on experience.
• Weekly pay $1650-$2200 ( based on experience and performance)
• All miles paid (empty & loaded)
• Weekly pay, direct deposit every Tuesday.
• Safety bonus for passing DOT inspections 
• Layover Pay: $75 after 24 hours.
• Multi-Stop Pay: $25 for each drop (excluding final).
• Detention Pay: Varies based on circumstances.
• Cash Advance: Up to $100 per week available.
• Benefits kicks after 60 days and include 
• Rider and Pet policy available 

Home Time:

• Out for 18-21 days with 2-3 days at home.
• More home opportunities for drivers in key areas like Dallas, OKC, Denver, and Cheyenne.

Freight Details:

• Type of Freight: Reefer (Refrigerated)
• Drop & Hook: 70% in network
• No Touch Freight: 100%
• NYC Loads: Not forced

Requirements:

• Valid CDL A
• Minimum 2 years of OTR experience or regional experience covering at least 3 states.
• No more than 4 jobs in the past 12 months.
• No more than 10 jobs in the past 3 years.

Driving Record:

• Maximum of two moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No reckless driving charges in the last 3 years.
• No speeding violations of 15 mph or more in the last 3 years.

Accident History:

• No preventable DOT-recordable collisions in the last 3 years.
• No preventable rear-end crashes in the last 5 years.
• No preventable rollover crashes in the last 5 years.

Safety Record:

• Any safety termination in the previous 12 months is an automatic DQ.
• DUI/DWI:
• None in the past 10 years and no more than one in a lifetime.
• No driving under the influence convictions in the last 10 years.
• Clean driving record
