Work Hours : US Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Employment Type : FullTime

Travel: Willingness to travel to the US on a need basis

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our remote team and drive client acquisition and growth.



Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in IT staffing and recruitment to join our team remotely from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will bring an existing client base, excel in client acquisition for contract roles, and develop innovative strategies to expand our market presence in the US. This role requires excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills, a minimum of 8 years of industry experience, and the ability to work US EST hours. Occasional travel to the US may be required.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for contract IT staffing roles, leveraging existing relationships and building new ones.
  • Bring and manage an established portfolio of clients to drive immediate business growth.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies for client acquisition and retention in the competitive IT staffing market.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Travel to the US as needed to attend client meetings, industry events, or company engagements.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights to leadership.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of prior experience in business development within the IT staffing and recruitment industry, with a focus on contract roles.
  • Proven ability to bring an existing client base and generate immediate business opportunities.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative client acquisition strategies.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently during US EST hours (typically 8 AM 5 PM EST).
  • Willingness to travel to the US on a need basis (valid passport and eligibility for US travel required).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and able to thrive in a fastpaced, targetoriented environment.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with USbased clients in the IT staffing industry.
  • Knowledge of the US IT market, hiring trends, and contract staffing dynamics.
  • Previous experience working remotely for a US company while based in the Philippines .
