Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Continuity and Crisis Management Analyst at Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI, with flexibility for remote work. The Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to business continuity planning and crisis management.

• Knowledge of best practices in business continuity and crisis management 
• Experience with security incident response, mitigation, and recovery
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Comfortability with change and ability to adapt
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including SharePoint 
• Interest in geopolitical events
• Certifications in business continuity or crisis management are a plus
