Job Summary :

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records including managing accounts payable and receivable reconciling bank statements and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update financial records including ledgers invoices and receipts.
• Process accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and submit financial reports including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Monitor and manage budgets providing regular financial updates to management.
• Assist with audits and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Use accounting software to manage financial transactions and generate reports.

Qualifications :

• Proven 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Xero or etc.).
• Experience in Agriculture Construction or Manufacture industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
