Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with network providers and internal stakeholders to launch and operationalize new initiatives aimed at enhancing member and provider experiences, as well as improving access to care.
Contribute to identifying best practices and incorporate them into existing business processes to drive improvements.
Partner with data and actuarial teams to analyze trends, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
Apply project management skills to guide the development and execution of programs, ensuring alignment with goals, performance metrics, and success criteria.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a health-related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in the behavioral or mental health field.
Knowledge of behavioral health metrics and quality outcomes.
Familiarity with medical billing, claims processing systems, and healthcare terminology is a plus.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to professional staff and leadership.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing tasks independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing abilities.
Collaborative team player who fosters interdepartmental rapport and utilizes motivational strategies.
Commitment to quality management and continuous process improvement.
Demonstrates professionalism and acts as a resource to the department.
Embraces workplace diversity and maintains respectful interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.
