Qualifications We Seek:

• Barber license (or cosmetology license with barbering focus), valid and in good standing
• Engaging personality with excellent customer relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of current trends and styles in men's grooming
• Proficiency with barbering equipment and techniques
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow your skills
• Must reside within commuting distance to Madison, AL
