The Role at a Glance

As an Underwriting Release Management Analyst, you will support complex projects/initiatives to support UW optimization.  You will be heavily involved in all aspects of planning, testing and ensuring organizational readiness for UW system and tool deployments.  You will also research and address critical user production issues, consulting and collaborating with various resources within and outside UW to ensure successful resolution. 

What you'll be doing
-Ensures the successful deployment of each UW system and tool release to a live production environment through thorough testing and issue resolution.  
-Makes recommendations on how to proceed with each release including scope, schedule, deliverables, and roll back plan. Reviews release recommendation with key stakeholders.
-Schedules and facilitates release planning, including leading production readiness meetings for releases and securing approval from business stakeholders to continue with production deployment.
-Reviews and addresses ongoing production issues and enhancement requests reported by users.  
-Identifies process and system improvements that improve efficiency, and supports key projects.
-Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

-4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
-3 - 5+ Years of experience in User Acceptance Testing, software testing, business analysis, systems analysis or other applicable validation experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required)
-Proficiency in underwriting systems, tools and processes
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
-Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.  
-Possesses strong communication and critical thinking skills, with a collaborative style
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment of change and effectively manage multiple priorities

The pay range for this position is $67,000 - $120,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
